Description

An entry for the Meat-Bag-Bill contest for GravityFalls-FC . Because of my constant laziness, I started working on it 1 day before the contest deadline (at the same time having some tests and papers due the next day) c: I made it in a rush so it's pretty messy but I will (probably not) do a redraw of it so it would look okay :p

Reminds me of a certain Japanese action show, where the monsters of the week had human forms that either had small hints of their monster form, radically different from their monster form or somewhere in between. This lands somewhere in between.

Nicely done design overall. Its neat to see a human Bill design that's more than just the suit and tie look.
